RE: JohnMcc's Daily Log - JohnMcc - 07-08-2025 Today's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session then upperbody Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns 70x14, 70x10 last rep 4sec negative Chin Ups BW x7, x7, x7 DB lateral raises 30s x12, x10, 20s x19 last rep negative to failure Upper pec pec deck 60x13, x13 last rep 4sec negative Straight bar cable OH Tricep Ext 80x16 4sec negatives each rep Incline bench seated DB curls 20s x14 last rep negative to failure DC style stretching after all sets. Ran 2-1/4mile sprints first was around 70% to warm up, took a breather then max effort on the second sprint. Today was the first workout in weeks, just biceps, triceps, and shoulders. So my log absence or inconsistency the past year and half or so was from a series of events including an attempted suicide which lead to me homeless sleeping in a back room of a gym for a half a year then i got an apartment and started living with my current GF/wife. Got a work truck and was starting to rebuild then our apartment building burned down from arsen so we lost most of everything but us and the pets made it out alright. We worked and started rebuilding life then found a cheap mobile home to fix up for 1500$ so we got it and now were continuing the rebuild process. I have been biking everywhere the past year but finally got an ebike so life isn't as exhausting now. We're saving for a work truck again and will start my home improvement business back up once we have one. I've been doing very low dose test as trt throughout to keep my body from being worn out from all the miles of biking and walking each plus work. Im at place fina calls now that I can save up for a little gear to keep art going amd get a planet fitness membership so I can get some kind of workouts and yoga sessions in. God and the devil have really shown me what life is about these past 2 years, but He provides if you turn to Him thank you God for thus life in Jesus/Yeshua's mighty name.
