The wife and I went to the gym this evening mainly stretched and showed her some exercises/machines. I got a nice little tricep pump. We left feeling 100x better than we went in so it was productive

This evenings workout started with good yoga and mobility session, the hit arms and delts/little upper pecs

DB Lateral Raises 2sets
Straight Bar Curls 1set
EZBar OH Tricep Ext superset with EZBar Narrow Grip OH Press 2 sets

DC style stretching after each set.

Calf Raises on Leg Press 1set
Leg Press narrow since 1set
Machine Hip Adduction 1set
Toes to bar 1set

Seated Chest Supported Low Rows 1set
Incline Chest Press Machine 1set
BB Ab Rollouts 1set
Chin Ups 1set
Crucifix Cable Curls 1set

This evenings workout started with a good yoga and mobility session for upper body then hit biceps and triceps

Straight Bar Cable Tricep Pushdowns 1set
Crucifix Cable Curls 1set
Cable Shrugs 1set
Straight Bar Cable OH Tricep Ext 1set

DC style stretching after all sets.
Spent 8min on the cardio rower doing a few round of sprints trying to push the watts up to around 300 on intensity lvl 1.
