Machine Hip Adduction 1set
Deficit DB RDLs 1set
Calf Raises on Leg Press 1set
Narrow Stance Leg Press 1set
Machine Leg Ext 1set
DC style stretching after each set.

Toes to Bar 1set
Incline Chest Press 1set
DB Lateral Raises 2set
EZBar OH Tricep Ext 1set
Straight Bar Curls 1set
Standing Ab Rollouts on inclined sliding machine 1set
DB Shrugs 1set
DC style stretching after all sets.
