Doing 60 mg twice a week keeps me right about 600 ng/dl. My issue is after i got older my hematocrit started creeping up. That is why i have to micro dose now. Splitting the dose like i do now keeps my crit at or below 54 if i do say 100 each week my crit will jump to 55-56. My hematologist days 54 and lower on trt is okay even tho most docs think that is to high

My doc put me on 10 years ago. Test C 200mg a week. Puts me around 800.

I am on a dr prescribed 100mg wk. I split in 2 shots Tues/Fri. This gets my TT levels at about 670ng/dl.

MY hemotologist told me the same. At or below 54 is okay on trt

@Kubes do you pin ED or EOD? Micro dosing TRT of let’s so 100-125mg is typically about .5ml so ED mon-Fri would be 10 units daily. It just seems like such a small volume so I wonder is it really worth it. I’ve been thinking of going to an EOD pin. As I have aged I am having similar issue with RBC, Hemo, and Crit numbers creeping up.
