Micro dosing to keep hematocrit down
#1
Kubes and I were discussing how we're both micro dosing to help with keeping hematocrit levels down. Want to see who else is micro dosing to help keep hematocrit, E2, or SHBG in range.

I've been struggling to get my hematocrit down for 5 months now. Through research I found micro dosing ED can help drop HCT levels. This very well can be the case. I just started micro dosing ED last month with Test P. Next to the last session it came in at 55.1; this past session it was 49.0. The nurses and I were both surprised. So, there must be something to it.

Very interesting. Keep us updated if you test again while on the daily protocol.

Summer can skew the results if you live in a hot environment and lose a great deal of fluids daily... Stay hydrated!
