LOG: BACK TO BARBELL BASICS
Saturday night had a good little pull session. Actually felt good and strong. As a time saver I did my hi rows 2 handed instead of 1. Officially 3 weeks out now.

5/25 legs
Did have access to adductor machine last night so tested my luck with some light leg presses and it turned out ok. Actually gotta couple cramps last night. My knee felt it a tad but I really ok. Just went 1 plate at a time x 10 reps and stopped at 4 plates. Just tryna hold size atm anyway

5/27 push day
Had a pretty good session today. I did lose steam pretty fast tho but that's to be expected at 2.5 weeks out.
I was supposed DB press but the smith press was hitting right so I just did a extra set of that instead of DB press.

Damn just saw this. I'm way behind. LHW and c class in classic. I'm gonna do MP in my 2nd show for first time I think just for the hell of it. I really want a Mr. Knox title before I quit.

1x23 think it was 140lbs

3 set leg extensions

2 sets seated calves

2 sets adductors GAAAAAYYY
