Well on trt you shouldn’t need it. You need to keep good balance. If your testosterone is 3 x the norm then your estro should too. You just don’t want your estro to be higher or lower then that. Your body needs estrogen to grow and repair

I didn't think it was necessary for just TRT but even in my heaviest usage days when competing I never really took any AIs. Never really had a problem with water retention or gyno so never felt the need to use them. Chaulk it up to ignorance I guess. lol
