This evenings workout started with a good yoga and mobility session for upper body then hit biceps and triceps
Straight Bar Cable Tricep Pushdowns 1set
Crucifix Cable Curls 1set
Cable Shrugs 1set
Straight Bar Cable OH Tricep Ext 1set
DC style stretching after all sets.
Spent 8min on the cardio rower doing a few round of sprints trying to push the watts up to around 300 on intensity lvl 1.
