Bicep tenodesis, clavicle excursion of bone spur, and some arthritis removed of right shoulder 1wk ago. Surgery went well but the healing will be long. Been in a sling for the week and will remain in the sling for 3 more wks. Then PT begins. This is my 3rd surgery in 9 months. This one is painful and very limiting with only one, non dominant hand.
