Doing good brother, how are things progressing? Right now I’m on a deload. My last training session was Saturday. I think I will go back to the gym this Saturday in a couple days. So six days out of the gym. Same with gear been on a cruise then I’m going to ramp it up in April. My diet is still pretty clean.
