The wife and I went to the gym this evening mainly stretched and showed her some exercises/machines. I got a nice little tricep pump. We left feeling 100x better than we went in so it was productive

Straight Bar Cable Tricep Pushdowns 1set
Crucifix Cable Curls 1set
Cable Shrugs 1set
Straight Bar Cable OH Tricep Ext 1set
DC style stretching after all sets.
Spent 8min on the cardio rower doing a few round of sprints trying to push the watts up to around 300 on intensity lvl 1.
